This incredibly luxurious property consisting of two houses is set in the exclusive resort of Fasano Las Piedras, boasting extensive views of the Arnold Palmer golf course. Both La Barra and the glamorous Punta del Este, home to thriving restaurants and bars and are just a short drive away.

Built in 2013, the natural materials used and the modern design allows sunlight to fill this property thanks to its floor-to-ceiling sliding windows at the back, which open onto a terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool. Best of all there is a bar at one end of the swimming pool where you can enjoy a cocktail or two.

The larger of the houses (400m²) has open plan living and dining areas, a state-of-the-art kitchen and 3 bedroom suites. The master suite is at one end of the house past the kitchen, with its own bathroom and dressing room. The other two rooms, both en-suite are at the other end of the house, however one of these is accessible from the outside only as is the laundry room.

The second house, approximately 100m² is fully equipped with its own living and dining rooms, terrace and an en-suite bedroom. There is air conditioning and heating throughout both houses, making it ideal for both summer and winter holidays. Both houses have direct access to the infinity pool and garden.

This house offers the best of both worlds, a private setting yet still close from all the action. What’s more, there is free use of the hotel facilities including the kid’s center, the spa and a wide range of sporting activities. Villa Artepea is suitable for groups of friends and families with children as there is something for everybody.

Area Description

La Barra is just a 15 minute drive from the famous, high-rise and glamorous Punta del Este, an old time favourite amongst the Americas’ elite -both past and present- where you can dabble in the many restaurants, bars, shops and boliches.

La Barra itself enjoys a more bohemian vibe, and is still quaint thanks to the absence of high-rise towers and dominance of houses of all styles, shapes and size. There is something for everyone, with quirky restaurants, terrace parties and bars and an abundance of galleries, collectors corners and antiques stores that dot the strip that runs parallel to the golden beach hidden behind the dunes.

José Ignacio is a half an hour drive away, and is home to the most successful beach bar in the world, La Huella, a long golden beach, a fantastic carniceria renowned for its sandwich milanesa, and a host of exclusive residents.

Manantiales, another quirky town lies just along the beach and is another hotspot for all people rich and famous, young and old and a great place to enjoy the sun and surf.
